When will you be restocking?

If the item I purchased doesn’t fit can I exchange or return it?

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of submitting your order) and we can correct the address for you.

 

How soon will my order ship? 

We try our best to get them shipped in about 4-7 business days. Please reference our Shipping Policy Page.

Do I have to pay customs duties, fees or taxes?

We do not pay customs duties, fees or taxes. Depending on the quantity or value of the package, there may not be any costs at all.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we are now offering Worldwide shipping! If you are having trouble shipping to your country please contact us. 

 

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on your region and the shipping option you select. We use USPS delivery services for Domestic orders and UPS for International orders.
