Refund policy
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. To start an exchange, please contact us at sales@herrbyisabela.com. Items must be returned new, in original condition, unworn and with tags. Items with pet hair will not accepted and eligible for exchanges or returns.
If we accept your exchange, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and give you shipping instructions with information on how and where to send your package back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not accept refunds or returns on items. In the case of a damaged item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
