Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on your region and the shipping option you select. We ship through USPS for Domestic and International orders. 

Shipping Timing

Since each item is handmade, there are chances it may take a couple of days to ship but we try our best to get them shipped in about 4-7 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can see each product's estimated arrival date during the checkout process.

Delivery Issues

Domestic: If you happen to have any issues with your order being delivered please contact USPS directly. Before contacting us about a lost package you will need to provide proof of a Missing Mail Form submitted through USPS. We can not provide any replacements or refunds until USPS has responded to your Missing Mail Search Request.

International: For issues with international orders please contact UPS directly. Before contacting us about a lost package you will need to provide proof of a filed Claim submitted through UPS. We can not provide any replacements or refunds until UPS has responded to your Claim.
